We want you to feel secure when working with us, and we are committed to maintaining your privacy when doing so. The following provides an overview of how we protect your privacy. In short, information that you share with us about your company by any means -- online, on the phone or in person -- is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else, except in aggregate as part of our benchmark reporting. In no way will it be associated with you or with your company name to anyone.
Information about your company’s business model, method and financial metrics will be collected in The Channel Analyzer™. This is an online experience, and your data is associated with you and your company with a secure login and SSL encryption. Only you and Channel Savvy will see your individual information.
Information that we gather from your experience on channelsavvy.com comes from you in two ways: indirectly and directly. Indirect information is gathered as you navigate through the website, and includes your Internet address, how you enter the website, and what web pages you visit. This information is stored in Channel Savvy’s Internet access logs.
Direct information may be collected from you on Channel Savvy’s web site. For instance, the Channel Savvy website allows you the opportunity to register for Channel Optimization™ or to contact us. Information you submit is only used by us to process your enrollment or respond to your inquiry.
Gathered information is periodically analyzed to identify ways to improve our website. Channel Savvy may also use the information to determine how to provide better service to its customers and prospects.
Channel Savvy will not sell information about you and will only share it with outside parties when required and with your permission. For instance, in the case of a training course that is co-sponsored with one of Channel Savvy’s partners, course enrollment data may need to be shared with that partner.

Channel Savvy does not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through its website; however, it is possible that some sensitive personal data could be requested incidentally. By providing us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you consent to our using the data subject to applicable law as described in this Privacy Statement.
You are entitled to know whether Channel Savvy holds information about you and if it does, you are entitled to have access to that information and require it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. You can do this by contacting us at info@channelsavvy.com.
Channel Savvy takes appropriate steps to maintain the security of your information.
